  The Company may collect phone numbers or email addresses for the purpose of investigating and responding to inquiries, as well as for identity verification.

４．Entrustment of User Information

The Company may entrust all or part of the User Information collected from users to business contractors (including contractors located outside of Japan) within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Company will thoroughly examine the eligibility of the contractor, define matters regarding confidentiality in contracts, and establish a system to ensure appropriate information management.

５．Safety Management Measures

The Company exercises necessary and appropriate supervision over its employees to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to ensure the safe management of personal information. The outline is as follows:

　To ensure proper handling of personal data, this Policy has been formulated regarding "compliance with relevant laws and guidelines" and "contact points for questions and complaints." 

（２）Establishment of Rules for Handling Personal Data

　 Internal regulations have been established regarding handling methods, responsible managers/administrators, and their duties.

　A manager responsible for the handling of personal data has been appointed. The scope of employees handling personal data and the data they handle is clearly defined. A reporting system is in place to notify the manager if any violation of laws or internal regulations is detected. Regular self-inspections are conducted.

（４）Personnel Safety Management Measures

　Regular training is provided to employees regarding precautions for handling personal data. Confidentiality matters are stipulated in employment regulations. 

（５）Physical Safety Management Measures

　Measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing personal data in handling areas. Steps are taken to prevent theft or loss of equipment and electronic media. 

（６）Technical Safety Management Measures

　Access controls are implemented to limit the scope of persons in charge and the databases handled. Systems are in place to protect against unauthorized access or malicious software.

６．Use of Google Ads API

The Company uses the Google Ads API to read campaign and report data from advertising accounts.

７. Language

The Japanese version of this Privacy Policy shall be the official text. Even if the Company provides or displays an English or other translation for reference, such translation is for reference only. In the event of any contradiction or conflict between the Japanese version and a translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

User Rights

Users may review or correct their User Information on the Service at any time. If a user requests disclosure of personal information that cannot be confirmed on the Service or notification of the purpose of use, the user may request such disclosure according to the procedures separately defined by the Company, except in the following cases:

• If disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the user or a third party.

• If disclosure may significantly impede the proper execution of the Company's business.

• If disclosure would violate laws and regulations.

• If the request for disclosure cannot be confirmed as coming from the user.

If, as a result of disclosure, the user determines that the content of the personal information held by the Company is not factual, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion of the information. In such cases, the Company will investigate without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use and, based on the results, perform the correction, addition, or deletion. Please note that a disclosure fee may be charged for requests for information that cannot be confirmed on the Service.

This Privacy Policy may be revised. For significant changes, the Company will notify users of the content of the revisions in an easy-to-understand manner.
